How to Prepare
Arrive early (15 mins is ideal)
Dress cosy and breathe easy
Hydrate well — before and after
Bring an open heart, and whatever you need to feel supported
Aftercare is Sacred
Sound journeys stir things. You may feel energised, emotional, or deeply relaxed. However you feel, trust the process — it's your body recalibrating.
Innerminx Tips for Post-Session Self-Care:
Drink water or herbal tea (skip the coffee and wine)
Move gently: journal, dance, nap, cry, smile
Spend time in nature or in quiet
Reflect: How am I feeling? What do I need to let go of?
